These beautiful watercolors will soon find lovers. Each is a unique piece and was painted by the artist in the finest detail work.
Mary Evelyn Wolter is a lady from Viehofen, Lower Austria (suburb of St. Pölten). She was born in 2016 to the daughter of silk manufacturer Fred Godderidge. He died of the Spanish flu a year after her birth.
In the turmoil of the world wars Evelyn lost her parents and also the top factory had to be abandoned. That's why she set out to earn her living with porcelain and silk painting. A laborious job, in bad light and not well paid.
Later she went to paint the flowers of her garden and from it a collection of such wonderful paintings as they can be seen here.
Until old age, she died in 2015, she sat in front of her easel and painted this gem strictly according to nature.
